To our great regret, we were led by a tourist who chose the cheapest tour to a 3 * hotel in Turkey. When you try to convince a person, to persuade him to a better option, but a little more expensive - people react differently ... - they think that they want to deceive them and they will spend more money in vain (there are also those who are guided by prices 10 years ago, when they rested in Turkey and Egypt for another 200 USD). Therefore, we accept the accusation that we did not insist on our option, we did not convince. After all, our regular customers trust the opinion of the managers of our travel agency, repeatedly convinced of their professionalism. They do not always write reviews, but they are happy to come to us again and again, for which we are very grateful to them...

I understand that the review was given by the employees of the tour company themselves. In a good firm, they don’t hang noodles on their clients, but in this case, they told me about what didn’t actually happen. I lived in a room in which the doors did not close, the sockets were broken, there were no sheets, and the like, and the manager did not react to this in any way. There was not a single star at the hotel itself, people used to make a scandal in the lobby every day, because they didn’t get what they were told about in the tour company. A normal self-respecting company that values ​​​​its customers does not slip such a gamble, and at such an inflated price that I paid. So my attitude towards this company is only negative, and if they did this to me, then they can do the same to others for just doing it, I just warn people. If it were not for our country, where the court system does not work, then I know that I would have sued this company, I have photographs and see where everything is visible without words, as well as witnesses, and there are a lot of negative things about this hotel reviews on the internet, I trusted the company’s employee, and they cheated me, so I don’t advise you to contact it, there are a lot of other companies in Cherkasy, I JUST WARN. Used the services of this travel agency for the first and last time. I went to the Iron Port, my husband and child. So, a nice girl told one thing about the boarding house, but in fact her story had only a fraction of the truth - the furniture in the rooms. Everything else is her wild fantasy. And the most interesting thing is that there is no agreement with the owners of boarding houses as such, only in words !!! You can come, but there are no available rooms!!! So it was in our case. They sell vouchers just to cut down the loot, but the fact that you will come to nowhere with a small child does not care for them. So think carefully when choosing this travel agency.
