Everything was fine in the agency, we liked their work. I chose the tour myself, called the agency, they immediately booked it for us. The flight went well, the transfer was also good. Our operator was JOIN UP. →

In the agency, everything was, in principle, normal. We only had a 3 hour flight delay. Everything was fine with the transfer. We had one tour, but we waited 40 minutes, after which we contacted the TPG operator, and they said that we did not come. Although we were 6 people standing 15 minutes before the indicated date of departure. But they came back for us. →

I chose the tour myself. And they just arrived, the contract was concluded and that's it. But everything was fine. We did not have any transfers on flights. Only there was a delay of 40 minutes on the way back, although everything was on time according to the schedule. We went on excursions on our own, without the participation of a guide. →

I always take tours with them. All perfectly. They will always help and prompt, they will choose only the best. There were no delays and transfers of flights, which could not but rejoice. Excursions do not interest us, we just rested at the hotel. →

Great job, we first chose one period for vacation, but they told us that the weather there was not very good at that time and offered to postpone the vacation, and this helped us. There were no transfers or flight delays. Excursions were offered, used, everything is fine. →

Everything was good under the service of the manager. There were transfers of the return flight, but it was to our advantage. We took the tours and enjoyed everything. Everything was as they said. →

Everything is fine, there were no delays and transfers of flights, everything was on time. They offered excursions, took advantage, did not like the only excursion shopping tour to Alanya. I didn’t like it because they didn’t warn that this was an excursion only to specific 3 stores where you were being taken. →

Basically, we didn't have any special remarks. They helped us choose a hotel. Arranged the tour promptly. Everything went great. We certainly had flight delays in both directions. Of course, small, for half an hour, but still. But there are no issues with the transfer at all. →

They waited for me when I was driving to them late. Well received and served, everything was arranged quickly. With the flight, too, everything was fine, I liked everything. We didn't use the tour because we rented a car. →
