We had a manager Dianochka, just a smart girl, a golden girl. She confirmed everything to us, called us back, we arrived, took the tickets. She wrote to us on viber, worried about us. Departure was delayed, the guide from the TEZ tour was a bit unorganized, if we had arrived on time for registration, we would not have been sitting at the very tail of the plane. →

They threw me, recommended a terrible hotel, did not warn that the flight was being postponed, I almost stayed in Egypt. They postponed the flight for a day, they said at the very last turn, and then I found out about it by accident, I asked, and they answered me that the bus was already leaving for the airport, if it hadn’t been interested every half hour, it would have stayed there. →
