Never trust Travel Professional Group. They are deceivers! We went to the new year in Zakopane. They promised some conditions, settled in a homeless man, and this is where we celebrated the new year, after the holiday, out of 10 purchased days, we actually left for 2 days and left for our native Carpathians, to ride, since it was +8 there. They wanted to return the money for the days not lived, they refused, unsubscribed that they moved us to the best rooms and we were satisfied, but in fact no one even offered us to move, they said that everything was busy. →

in 2007, at the end of November, we rested in TABA. We decided to go on a trip to Cairo. The tour to Cairo was also PEGAS. On the way to Cairo at 05:00 in the morning, our bus flew into a ditch at high speed and overturned, many people were beaten, one girl's arm was torn off, many were unconscious. After the incident, employees of PEGAS Egypt communicated with us and organized medical assistance. →

I would like to complain, but even my rich imagination does not give a single reason to come up with such a reason! I read what other tourists write about this travel agency. Basically, yes, somewhere they are right. BUT. I have been on tours from this company three times already, and I am going to do it again. for all this time (DIFFERENT FROM OTHER TRAVEL AGENCIES), the staff did not hang noodles on my ears, advised only adequate vacation options, and as a result, we got the most optimal price / quality ratio. →
