Good afternoon! The AP TRAVEL company (Odessa) employs incompetent specialists. On the documents they say that the hotel is 4 *, but in fact it is 3 *. They settle a family of 4 people in a room where there is nowhere to even sleep. Three of us had to sleep on a double bed, and another child was on a cot near the front door, and so on for 15 days. In the end, there should be rules for selling vouchers for a family of 4 people. →

At the Minamark hotel, the representative of the company (Mukhamed) did not behave correctly towards the guests. It would not hurt to conduct a second briefing on working with tourists. Rested in Sharm El Sheikh in the summer of 2011. Vouchers were bought at the travel agency "Robinson" in Dnepropetrovsk. The agency was recommended by friends who used to fly from them. Our main criterion for choosing a hotel would be a beautiful coral reef, not far from the city and of course not expensive. The agency advised Dreams Beach Hotel, it just had good discounts, and we were 3 people. →

We went with a girl for the weekend to Estonia from Lets Travel. After arriving in Tallinn, we were immediately accommodated in a hotel.
