Bought 4!!! vouchers to Bulgaria - they all chose themselves, the hotel, the number of days, all by themselves - via the Internet, because. in this travel agency, if only to sell at a higher price, if you choose something cheaper, they start to intimidate that they will not be held responsible and all that!!!! Thank God that we all chose ourselves - the hotel, the staff - everything is just wonderful, and this despite the fact that our hotel is 3+ on the website of this travel agency, 3+ on the tour, but in fact - 2+ stars! )))) Everything was wonderful, and the rest, and the country, and the service - all at the highest level BUT !!!!!!! When the bus left for Bulgaria, our seats were 4. →

We went to Egypt. Hurghada, Hilton Long Beach Hotel, September 2009 The hotel is not very good, the local service is not very good, but the operator is on top. Met, settled, nursed at the hotel, on excursions, sent clearly. Thank you very much. Let not the cheapest operator, but it's worth it. The guide at the hotel Olga is beyond praise. The guide on excursions to Luxor - Mustafa - is just an Egyptian miracle, with such a sense of humor in a foreign language - this is a godsend. →
