Everything was great on the flights. In Boryspil everything was at the highest level. What I didn’t like, but it no longer depends on us, is that there was passport control and registration in Prague for a long time. →

The transfer was not very good, there was a delay there for an hour or half an hour. And back, too, a traffic jam formed and lingered for an hour and a half. We had problems with planes. Our operator was Join Up. They offered tours, took advantage of them as always. →

It is not only terrible, there are simply no words to convey those emotions after talking with the hotel guide. He did not tell us anything, he spoke very boorishly and he does not know how to present and sell the services of the company. →

The operator was JOIN UP, and the agency was CORAL TRAVEL, where we bought the tour, we liked it there, but the paperwork took a very long time, two hours, either the girl was a trainee there, or I don’t know why it took so long. Then they informed us about the transfer of the flight, so everything is fine. I was already familiar with JOIN UP, this time the flight was not transferred to us on the way back, but it's a shame that the flight was postponed on the way there, since the day of rest was lost. →
