Only Anex Tour sends vacationers to the Roxy Luxury Spa Hotel 5 * in Didim, and this Hotel is unsuitable for living due to complete non-compliance with sanitary standards. The company responds to numerous complaints on the 5th day and at the same time disclaims any responsibility for staying at this hotel. Special thanks to the manager Irina, there were a lot of questions, starting with the purchase and ending with the departure from the hotel, the answers were always professional and prompt, almost any hour. The problems were due to the company of the organizer of the TPG tour, when leaving Kyiv the bus picked us up with a delay of 1 hour, which caused a long crossing of borders and, accordingly, we arrived late to the place of rest. →
