We love Hurghada many times, we rested, enjoyed the sea, the sun, and a large company decided to visit the TIA hotel. And it was not a hotel, but a cave. We went for 11 days and WE DID NOT SEE our operator, who should accompany us throughout the rest of TUI. We were offered to find it ourselves - is this a joke? When did tourists look for a tour operator? No, this is not a joke - this is a disgrace . →

We went on an excursion to the Carpathians. We came and saw a small bus with 17 seats and one driver. For 12 hours he drove us to the place where we were settled, and then, without sleep and rest, he took us on excursions for 8 hours. Our lives were in his hands. 20 hours driving, well, you can subtract 2 hours (we visited museums). But it is unlikely that during this time it is possible to recover. →

We went on August 21, 21 to the Blue Lakes tour of Chernihiv region. Terrible bus is not tourist class. The chairs could not be moved even to the side. The driver did not turn on the air conditioner. all the time he was telling himself something. It is good that the group refused to go to the distant Anthony's Caves, which had to go well. And then swimming would be questionable at all. →

The first trip abroad, the travel agency is in a completely different area, one of the vacationers is a foreigner (and not a Ukrainian) = a lot of fears and doubts. →
