Travel agency TPG (they also call themselves Flash toor) sells tours with good departures for 8 days and 7 nights, and a day before the return flight, the airline changes UIA, changes the flight 15 hours earlier! Our departure was supposed to be at 22.05 on June 1 (as indicated on the tour), and it was moved to 6.55 in the morning on June 1, as a result, we lost the whole paid day. →

And on the spot we took advantage of the proposed children's tour, though nearby it was possible to take cheaper. Not all paid services were true. We expected this hotel to be 5*, but it turned out to be 4*. →
