The manager worked EXCELLENT, bought a tour with an overpayment for early arrival and late departure, at 18:00. Upon arrival in Egypt, it all started. Very good tour of the Crazy Three from Stagecoach Travel First. Many thanks to Gorkun Anna to the travel agent Stagecoach Travel in Kyiv (TUI), that we still went on May 1, 19 to the Crazy Troika TOUR, as per the contract, not on May 8, 19. I chose the tour on the Internet, I didn’t even have to call on them. The guys explained everything verbatim, sent all the information, Viber communicated with them about everything. If a question arose, they answered regardless of time: it was in the evening or in the morning, or even closer to night. They answered all my questions. Good quality of transfer, there were no problems on the road and with flights, everything was on time. →

We flew to Egypt to the Sunny days El Palacio hotel with a 3-year-old child, who on the 2nd day came down with a temperature of 39. When I decided to seek help from a doctor on insurance (in which only Ukrainian phone numbers were indicated for communication), I was told at the reception to dial our guide who would solve all problems, because they can only dial a Ukrainian number for a fee at my expense and very expensive! When I got through to the guide, in response to my request for help, I heard in a rude tone the answer that this is NOT HIS PROBLEM AND HE WILL NOT DO THIS!!! This answer shocked me! The guest relation hotel workers were also surprised and tried to inform the guide by phone that these were his tourists, and he was responsible for them! To which the guide just hung up!!! As a result, my problem was dealt with by the hotel workers and my travel agent from Kyiv via viber, and not the guide who was supposed to help us! I have a question for Pegas Touristic, are your guides really only willing to talk to tourists about the excursions they offer at inflated prices, and when there is a real problem they hang up?!!! My advice to tourists who go on vacation from Pegas touristic, be prepared that if you suddenly have problems, you will not be helped. →

So we rested on the Red Sea, namely at the Sultan Gardens Hotel. Our impressions of the holiday are good, we went for 6 days, 7 nights: 3 adults and a child 1 year 8 months. We flew through the Penguin tour agency (Kharkiv city), the tour was organized by Julia, special thanks to her! All our wishes were taken into account! We had the coolest room, on the 1st line with a sea view, thanks to Julia for that! Simply magical! And now about the hotel, what you liked, what you didn't. →
