Bought the tour in two months. When the documents were sent two weeks before departure, I looked at the prices again on the website. They have become a third smaller! On request for a fair recalculation, I was sent (I have correspondence with rude answers). Yes, recalculation is not formally described anywhere in the rules/contracts. But there must be a human attitude and flexibility in such egregious cases. →

We chose a holiday in Sharm el-Sheikh because of the favorable price offer for Valentine's Day. Hyatt Hotel. The manager warned that the hotel was old and not all rooms were upgraded to completion. We got a normal number. Cleaned thoroughly, daily. Disadvantages - old furniture (and mosquitoes). The staff is very polite, delicious food. There was a minibus to the beach from the hotel, but the travel agency advised to get to the windless bay of Naama Beach, located near the hotel Ghazala, for which I thank you very much as worried that the children are baking in the winds, 15 minutes drive, there and there were almost no winds. →

If you want to ruin your vacation, this is the place for you!! You won't find worse service. The travel agency manager will not deign to book seats on the plane and you will fly separately. Then, upon arrival at the 5 * hotel, which the manager advised us, the rooms do not correspond to reality at all. On a call to our manager about what kind of nonsense this is, we heard “solve all your questions yourself, you have to fight for your own”. →
