A travel agent recommended this company. A 9-day tour to Greece (Crete) cost almost 2,800 euros. We arrived at the hotel from the airport at 3:00 AM and were checked into our room at 3:00 PM. We spent 12 hours wandering around the hotel and changing in the restroom. The hotel experience is a different story.
