I bought a tour at the VIVA-TOUR travel agency in Cherkasy, the documents were sent to me via the Internet, I didn’t go to the agency itself, I don’t know exactly what address it is located. I liked the tour, but the Join up tour operator is a little dumb, the airline with which he worked let us down, the flight was delayed for three hours in the direction of Bulgaria, then we were still kept in Zhuliany, as a result we flew out on the same day, but consider that the first day of rest was lost because we had already arrived when it was dark. →

Then they gave me a big plane, combined 2 flights. The agency provided poor service. Since July, I booked a tour to Turkey, paid in full and 3 days before departure I was informed that I could not fly to this hotel, because there was something with the reservation . →

I got to the airport by taxi. And when we arrived at the airport, we found out that the flight was delayed for several hours. Nobody compensated us for anything. →
