Good afternoon! If you do not want to spoil your vacation, do not try to fly this terrible company "annex tour" - these are BAD, SCAM. We took a tour to Turkey in Bodrum from 10/14 - 10/20/2018. The hotel confirmed our reservation immediately, there are all good places. The plane took off on time, of course we were surprised, having read the reviews, but we were delighted early. →

I bought a ticket to Egypt. The rooms do not correspond to 5 * when checking in. The numbers are paid for. They do not correspond to what was offered when buying. The tour operator did not help when contacting and did not solve the issue. The girl with whom we coordinated all the points does not get in touch. Question not resolved. 10/22/18.
