In addition, the rudeness and inaction of Alex's employees are impressive!!! On 11.07 we arrived at the Ares Dreams hotel accompanied by a guide. It immediately became clear to me that the hotel does not correspond to the 4 * level (the reception looks worse than a barn in the countryside), which I informed the accompanying guide. →
