The company was not chosen, they trusted the agent of the travel agency. . . We paid for the ticket, plus 50€ for a comfortable flight. Scheduled departure on April 28th at 5.00, rescheduled the flight to 7.00, took off at 9.40, went to the hotel at 13.15 (pay extra for being at the hotel by 9.00). At a meeting at the hotel with a representative of the annex, we heard a lot of terrible stories about what happens to tourists when they buy excursions not in the annex, but in travel agencies opposite the hotels. →

My husband and I went on the tour "our people are everywhere", the tour itself was interesting, beautiful and informative. At the end of the tour and crossing the Polish-Ukrainian border, my husband was not stamped in his passport that he returned to Ukraine, one of 70 people on the bus , when we turned to the accompanying Yaroslav, he assured that the stamp would be put on the Ukrainian side, which did not happen. →

It seems that this tour operator has a bestial attitude towards customers - in the order of things. Our flight was also rescheduled from 13:00 (UIA) to 21:30 (Yan Air, Zhytomyr Airlines) and now we have an exciting night trip with 2 small children. However, nothing new. →

We took a package tour to Turkey for the first time at Pegasus. Everyone is very satisfied. Full accompaniment from the airport to the hotel, everything is explained as to children. Why didn’t I put 10 stars - during the flight they gave free tea (coffee) and a sandwich, and back - only tea, they said the operator didn’t order, but we didn’t take anything with us. →
