Once this office sold us a normal hotel for adequate money. The second time was expensive and satisfactory. The third time is more expensive than it could be and there were problems with the transfer and the guide, but we chose the hotel ourselves - so the hotel is good, although we could have taken it cheaper, as we later found out. And this time surpassed all unimaginable horrors! The manager, a certain Deya, dissuaded me from the chosen hotel, imposing "the one that is better" and more expensive than a thousand by 2. →

The slogan: "Let's make your holiday unforgettable" fully justifies itself.. NIGHTMARES are not forgotten. If the company cooperates with such airlines as ANDA, then do not expect decency from it!!! When pouring out of Kyiv, the plane was delayed for four hours, and upon returning .. half a day earlier they were taken out of the hotel, and the transfer of the flight was reported only late in the evening, and the departure was scheduled for 5 in the morning, they did not provide breakfast and dry rations, and the flight was again delayed four hours. →

Upon arrival in Larnaca, we were put on a bus. Two adults and a small child. Then we sat on the bus for more than an hour, waiting for tourists from other flights of different arrival times. Already at the airport we were told that there were no rooms in our hotel. They promised to ship the next day. We were taken to another hotel. They took it the next day. →

Not a bad operator. The tour itself is well organized, no questions asked. The representative at the hotel did an excellent job. But here are the excursions - they took the "Dahab" canyon, quad bikes and so on - a standard set. Instead of the promised comfortable jeep - a shabby land cruiser with benches at the back, where the knees are higher than the head, the legs cannot be extended - and so on for 1. →

Flight 199 (08/20/2017 - 08/27/2017), I want to tell you how I ruined my vacation, initially the bus was not ready for such a long trip because it broke already in Warsaw, and we had to join another group (which was very " glad to see us). We saw our bus only in Sweden. On our first excursion in Sweden, we had to go for half an hour by public transport (which was not mentioned in the tour description) and our bus remained near the hotel. →

They did not choose, but rather imposed this company on us. They remained dissatisfied, because for three months they fed us breakfasts and promises, and at the last moment they essentially delivered an ultimatum - either we take what is left, or a fine / penalty. Moreover, a cabin without a window cost more (!!!) than the cabin with a balcony promised in March. →

From "Antonov's Burning Vouchers" were in Egypt, at the Desert Rose Resort. We have never had such a good rest! Everything was cool, and children's entertainment and animators and tours! The hotel is great, the food is great! Every time we go near the office of Taras Antoniv's travel agency, Petryk or Hrystya always shout: “Mom, Antoniv Tur, let's go there! Let my aunt give us tickets to the sea! We will definitely travel with them in the future! AntonivTours - you are the best! Even before the trip, the company received from our girl-manager such detailed instructions from arrival in Egypt to the end, including any possible trifles, even the cost of WiFi and something better to buy, what was the impression if Taras Antonov himself with his girls we were taken everywhere by the hand. →
