We bought air tickets from them, the dates of departure and arrival turned out to be inconsistent with the booked ones, no one even deigned to inform about the change in the schedule of arrival in Montenegro, no one even cared that everything had already been paid for and agreed in another country. As a result, we suffered huge losses and never again in our lives will we apply to any travel agency for air tickets. →

Tour 996 bought in Kyiv. These are 3 countries - Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey. I have no complaints about the managers of the firm. I have a lot of complaints about the escort - Dmitry Didukh. To say that he is not a professional is to say nothing. He's just empty space. For all the time on the tour, we only once had a normal lunch in some cafe. All other days, lunches and dinners were on the bus dry and on my knees. →

This travel agency does not behave correctly with its customers! I was going to the tour with acquaintances, but the embassy did not give me a visa. The travel agency initially said that it would return 100% of the funds within 3 days, but I still have not received them, but said that it will return only 50% (and more than 20 days have passed). I do not advise anyone to deal with this company! And what kind of company that does not deal with visas, although it takes 10 € for a visa. →
