Tour 996 bought in Kyiv. These are 3 countries - Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey. I have no complaints about the managers of the firm. I have a lot of complaints about the escort - Dmitry Didukh. To say that he is not a professional is to say nothing. He's just empty space. For all the time on the tour, we only once had a normal lunch in some cafe. The travel agency initially said that it would return 100% of the funds within 3 days, but I still have not received them, but said that it will return only 50% (and more than 20 days have passed). I do not advise anyone to deal with this company! And what kind of company that does not deal with visas, although it takes 10 € for a visa. →

Before the flight, the girl called and said that the departure time had not changed. When we returned, they called back and asked how we had spent our vacation.
