We had a family vacation in Turkey from 26.06.16 to 05.07.16, and I want to tell you that our wonderful vacation was a success only thanks to Anna Krushelnitskaya. Worst travel agency ever! We ordered vouchers to Koblevo, during the execution of contracts they showed the numbers that they would provide us. Upon arrival at the b / o, at first it turned out that there were no vacant places, later they somehow found a Free double room, where we were settled. Entering the room, we were horrified: a dirty, spitting table that barely stands, two old-fashioned beds, scuffed, on which a “bed” was made, all stained with blood. →

We were supposed to fly last night from Kyiv to Antilia, we are still sitting in Kyiv, our plane flew in yesterday 4 hours earlier, no one warned us, but our travel agent was given new tickets for today at 18.10, yesterday we swallowed it all ( decided not to wag their nerves, after all, a honeymoon trip !!!!) this morning we look at the scoreboard, and this flight has been canceled !!!!!!! no one can tell us anything !!!? !!!what we paid these bastards for!!!!!!I never advise taking tours from this tour operator!!!!!!. →

Guide Olga "lost" a check for 50 people for 20 UAH. To whom and when the money was transferred, no one saw. 3. The guide Olga immediately campaigned for a trip to the "barbecue". →
