The company sold us a ticket to Turkey. Upon arrival, they settled in another hotel, saying that this was a gift. We don't want this kind of gift for anyone! Hotel, sorry for the expression, SHIT!!! 3 days have passed, the manager Arina wrote only an official statement to the tour operator TUI! And that's it! I called TUI. I can not understand where such indifference to their customers comes from !!!! I understand that the tour operator is to blame, but it’s worth at least a little bit of interest in the problems of your client !!!!. →

although I rested in many places, but this is my first review on the site, I want to say: Gladiola Star is just super - smiling people, a fabulous location, in front of the hotel there is a green alley with trees and chairs, the hotel itself is beautiful, with a pool. The very middle Peskov - further casino and the Eiffel Tower-cafe (there is such a joke in Sands =). →

the organization is crappy, the leader of the whole undertaking stayed at home, but sent her children, she could not think over their documentary accompaniment and this delayed the tour for a couple of hours at the border. There were many minuses along the way and in St. Petersburg itself ... The only plus is that coffee was given free of charge on the road and the accompanying leader is a good girl. →

I chose the hotel on the official website of the company, the hotel in Budva is called Mare Apartments, on the website this hotel is "TUI recommends".
