I returned from a happy trip to Italy (19.09.13-28.09.13), everything went well: the tour operator "Algol" did not disappoint, the hotels were normal (except for the guest Helikon on Lake Balaton, there was a cramped room and an attached cot) accompanying Yuri Vanevsky , just Yurchik is a great guy, a personal "THANK YOU" to him AND DRIVERS - Yuri and Slava for their professionalism and driving virtuosity. →

We flew with my wife and child to the Royal Holiday Palace 5 * - Antalya, Turkey with the operator ANEX Tour from 23.09.2013 to 30.09.2013! in the next morning. In the morning we met and he began to advise us on the different tours from which we chose: 1 Turkish bath (Hamam) with whole body peeling! From his words: A chic bath where there will be a steam room, then full body peeling on a marble slab, foam massage under a 15 cm layer of foam, a pool and massage with oil! As a result, they bring us to some kind of basement and send us to the "steam room" - this is a room with plastic yellowed from old age and unsanitary conditions, and the latter followed everywhere! 20 minutes of steam breathing was transferred to peeling (my wife in the shower rubs my body better than their peeling) and foam massage where the foam was not as promised 15 cm but a maximum of 5 strength !!! And when I asked the massage therapist where is the foam, he answered me something in Turkish and sent me to the pool. →

They do not want to return the money for the tour. I ordered in advance in the month of July on the date 10/27/13. Three weeks later, they sent a letter that the company had broken up, but they promise to return the money, I have been messing with them for the second week, they are ignoring them! Overall, don't do business with this company! documents were returned and then for my own money! although they themselves had to pay for their return shipping!. →

The second trip this summer to Bulgaria. From the first one, which was conducted by New Travel (Hot Tours agency, Kyiv), there were pleasant memories. So pulled on the second race. I took a ticket from the same agency, but from the tour operator IlTour. Over the next 13 days, I realized that operators are different. So in order. Day one - the Kyiv-Sozopol bus was 1 hour late. →

Came to this travel agency on the advice of a friend who used the services several times. This tour operator works as an intermediary from the company News Travel. the tour was paid for a month before departure (08/13/2013), and we have a departure on 09/15/2013. The visas were distributed here, but it’s true that there was a slight hitch with visas - we were given them the day before we left for Kyiv, when asked why it was so long - they answered that the first time there was a system failure when sending a package of documents and only “crakozyabry” was sent to Kyiv . →

I really wanted to visit Greece and thanks to the agency, we were able to purchase a tour with a 40% discount. Arrangement of the tour did not cause difficulties and everything was done on time.
