My husband and I bought a bus tour to St. Petersburg from September 12 to 18, 2013. Good afternoon tourists. We went with Iltur (his carrier is Balkan Trans Service). Today I watched the news, this carrier is now famous - it was his bus that got into an accident (2 dead, 5 people in intensive care, how many people suffered psychologically and financially). I get scared, my wife and I rode this bus (license plates match), if we had taken 8 nights, we would have got on this flight. →

Just arrived from Bulgaria on September 17th. With Il-Tour and, sorry for swearing, the carrier BALKAN TRANS SERVIS! There are no censorship words to describe this HELLish "journey" back and forth! We have already written about the boors of Bulgarian drivers, frequent and lengthy breakdowns of old buses, absolute non-compliance with the timetable these unfortunate "buses". →

Good afternoon! Yesterday my friends (6 people) turned to Bulgaria, Sonyachniy Bereg. We were in the Jasmie Club 3* hotel, just a chic hotel!!! And from the organization of the rescue from the tour, they haven’t kicked the hell out of it yet !!! Everything started from the hustle of the bus for 2 years. Then everything was fine, then when they arrived they didn’t settle us in a hotel, apparently they didn’t pay for it, they settled us nervously and nervously. →
