We went to rest in Albena. Documents (including a visa) were prepared and handed over to us on time. It was our first trip abroad, so we were very worried. Many thanks to Alexei for telling us everything in great detail and even advising where it is better to go on excursions. I have never seen such a Tour company !!!! STUPID AS FOUND THE SCAMMERS ARE COMPLETE. They promise one thing - you get something completely different. Not even the ones I saw in the pictures in this company. And the settlements - terrible conditions in hotels. You go with friends, and settle in different rooms. And the glorious lady director is still shouting at you. →

We went in July of this year to Italy with the travel agency "Gal-Cruise" on the trip "All at Sea to Italy". Our tour lasted 9 days, during which time we managed to visit Eger, Budapest, Venice, as well as the islands of Murano and Burano (where Murano glass and lace are made) and sunbathe on the beaches of the Adriatic coast. We were very pleased with the trip, impressions and photos from the rest were the most incredible, special thanks to the 2nd drivers Igor and our guide Andrey Gavrishkevich, you guys are the BEST !!! Next vacation - only with Gal-Cruise!. →

This agency operates under a cunning scheme. Faced them 2 times and both times this scheme was confirmed. After the first time, I just didn't care. We came to their office, chose a hotel, handed them all the necessary documents. After a while, they call and say that the hotel reservation has not been confirmed, they offer another hotel, which is more expensive, but they say that with the same conditions. →

On 08/19/13 I went on the "Italian Caprice" tour! And to be honest, everything was not just super, but super! super! super! Many thanks to the leader of the group Tatyana. Now, I'll tell you about the tour in more detail, by day. On the first day we had a border crossing and in the evening a boat ride around Budapest .. everything went fine .. we went through customs in 3 hours, went on a boat ride, but after the ride we really didn’t like the fact that after asking the group leader to tell us where we can buy water and make a stop, because half of the bus had no water and people wanted to drink after a whole day of eating sandwiches at some gas stations, we were refused . →

I liked everything very much. The visa was issued on time. My travel manager was Tatyana Serenko. A very nice girl. She explained everything in detail, explained and encouraged me for my first trip to Europe. My tour operator was "Dav club". I got a wonderful guide Roma. Everyone enjoyed the trip very much. The hotels are almost all very good, excursions are well organized, regular stops are every 2-3 hours. →

Recently returned from the European Fantasy tour. Excellent, rich program. The tour is planned in such a way that every day there were new cities, or even two in one day.
