No level of service, a lot of problems, I do not recommend

I rarely write bad reviews, but here I feel it is my duty to write one.

So, if you want a complete lack of service, information and disregard for the client after transferring money and signing a contract - call Join Up and if you fit in geography - you will be sent to the office (sorry, you can’t call them otherwise) Amigo travel in Uzhgorod . You will always beg for information, do not be aware of anything until the last days, you will listen to empty promises and will have to accept the service as it is, without the right to make changes, you are just a tourist and just paid for the service, think about it))) - this is about cooperation with Amigo Travel Uzhgorod.

I'll start with the points:

1. We booked a corporate trip to Egypt for 11 people with a total amount of almost 11 thousand euros.

It was necessary to unite tourists from Kharkov and Kyiv.

Result: not all tourists from Kyiv were able to return home in a group on the same plane. I can assume that this was done in the last minutes and there were simply not enough places. BUT, the docks were quietly sent to us, without even warning about such a situation, they probably thought that we would not notice.

2. Together with the hotel, we booked and paid for a conference room in advance.

Result: tourists were not allowed to leave the hotel at 5 in the morning, it turned out that the conference hall was NOT paid for. Paid 2 times.

3. Along with the booking, and it was done, for a minute, more than 2 months before the date, the office received a list of tourists who should live in rooms with whom - this was important, since this, I remind you, is a corporate trip. We had several replacement tourists, the final list of who should live with whom was also received, and more, ATTENTION, than a month before the trip. In the office, although they wrote a letter about how to accommodate tourists, the hotel bypassed this.

So, ONE WEEK BEFORE THE TRIP I receive masterpieces:

- I have not seen this yet: ATTENTION: out of 11 documents for all tourists, nothing was written correctly in one - there were errors in the name, then the surname, then the date of birth. They will tell you in the office: you can make up to 2 or 3 mistakes this way. Probably, but I didn’t know about it and don’t want to + I got the final result, can I request to fix everything? I think so :-) I have no idea in what state these data were entered. As a result, after the changes, and so one tourist could not be corrected: after all, adding one letter in the name Denis turned out to be an impossible task.

- the tourists were settled, how did the office manage to settle them, and so, probably, it should have been a ride. I understand that they, apparently, had an unrealistic difficulty in uniting tourists from Kharkov and Kyiv, but, again, they didn’t warn me, they just sent the docks. Probably, to just put up with it and say that we should decide on the spot who should live with whom, how nice it is :-)

4. A little less than a month canceled one number. Of course, we do not expect a full refund, but we expect at least something, at least some information. But no, Amigo's approach, sit quietly, maybe they won't notice.

In general, I have never seen such a level of service. Surprisingly, Join Up doesn't verify who they work with. I can say that I will no longer contact either Amigo Travel or Join Up for corporate or personal purposes.

If the agency is not able to provide a service for 11 thousand euros, just imagine the level of service for a lower cost order.

If I could give a rating of 0, I would choose the option "below the bottom plinth".
