We visited the capital of Thailand - Bangkok and saw a bustling metropolis with beautiful temples, skyscrapers, unusual street food markets and exotic fruits, we visited another country - Cambodia and we were unforgettably impressed by the beautiful giant temple complex Angkor Wat, and rest was the icing on the cake of our rendezvous. on the beach of Koh Samui is a beach with palm trees, a warm ocean, a variety of freshly caught seafood and exotic fruits! As a result, we can safely recommend the ANC Travel agency, as they helped us create this wonderful trip "as for ourselves", everything was carefully thought out, so that we managed to get what we wanted to the maximum!
I had a very similar situation, but an order of magnitude worse. The price tour was not cheap - canceled a few days before departure, the difference in price refused to return. I had to postpone my vacation and look for another companion. 4 tickets to Lviv and a booked hotel were lost. Terminal A: there was a queue for the toilet for 45 minutes) Then the Accord employee refused to help find our bus and was rude. The bus is not suitable for such trips even with two night crossings. there were a lot of unpleasant situations, but to the complaints of tourists, the guide replied that he was not guilty and all questions to the Accord. The bus was constantly late, barely starting. And on the second day of the tour during the 9-hour sludge, the police saw that the drivers were sleeping in the bus, not in the hotel, and closed it for another 3 hours. as a result, we were late to another city and everything went wrong. However, the most interesting thing started when I wrote about my impressions to my tour operator.
The Accord has threatened to terminate the contract with them if the message is not deleted. My reviews have been removed from your site. Published twice. They called from Accord and said they would give an explanation. I'm waiting ...

Довелось переносити відпустку і шукати іншого попутчика. Пропали 4 квитки до Львова і заброньований готель. Термінал А: у черзі до туалету стояла 45 хвилин) Потім працівник Аккорду відмовився допомогти знайти наш автобус і нахамив. Автобус непридатний для таких поїздок ще й з двома нічними переїздами. було дуже багато неприємних ситуацій, але на скарги туристів гід відповідав, що він не винен і всі питання до Аккорду. Автобус постійно запізнювався, ледве заводився. А на другий день туру під час 9-ти годинного відстою, поліція побачила, що водії сплять у автобусі, а не в готелі і закрили його ще на додаткові 3 години. в результаті, запізнились в інше місто і все пішло не по плану. Проте, найцікавіше почалось, коли я написала про свої враження своєму туроператору. Аккорд пригрозив розірвати з ними договір, якщо не видалять повідомлення. Моі відгуки з свого сайту видалили. Публікувала двічі. Телефонували з Аккорду і казали, що дадуть пояснення. Чекаю...
