ANEX TOUR is an agency with quality service. They are fully focused on the result and try to take into account the wishes of the client to the maximum. They clarified to the smallest detail what I need from the trip, what my wishes for the hotel are, whether I want to attend excursions, etc. I was pleasantly surprised by this work. The only point that does not allow me to rate the agency at 5 is that they could not make a payment for quite a long time. →

Hmmm, what can I say about Anex Tour, probably only that this is a tour. The agency completely repulsed the desire to book tours in such establishments. Initially, the manager Inna seemed to be very smart and competent, she told everything perfectly, and of course she pushed in what needed to be pushed in, and not what we would like. Offered hotels, the rating of which on Booking is nowhere lower. →

In general, I recommend the company. Girls quickly answer questions, strive to provide maximum information. Everything went smoothly, as it should happen in any self-respecting company. Removed one star for the office - not enough space, expand! :) →

At the same time, he does not consider it necessary to inform tourists on what basis they change the FLIGHT number (!), despite the fact that no one canceled the pre-booked flight, just the departure time was 3 hours later. →

Manager Inna was very attentive to the stated requirements and provided maximum information and options. And before and especially, after the purchase of the tour, the company manager constantly advised on various issues and informed in advance about the date and time of departure, as well as provided redundant information about the tour itself and the conditions of stay in the country of rest. →

The flight was delayed, they don’t feed on the plane - that’s okay, but you can’t even buy food and you live for 8 hours on 1 cup of tea, because the second one wasn’t enough for you. A gift bag that the company sells in Egypt for $25 a set of garbage. The guides do not raise the question of whether you will go on an excursion, they put pressure and demand. →
