The agency told us everything, picked up a tour, we even got a little cheaper than originally planned, so we took not for 7 days, but for 8, it was more profitable for us. The guys helped, the flight was successfully picked up. As for the guide at the hotel - a representative of the ANEX TOUR tour operator, one of the excursions did not at all correspond to what they promised us, they had to take us to the reserve, but they took us to dive into an ordinary bay. The second moment, my wife got poisoned, although everything was fine in terms of nutrition, but in the evening her temperature rose, she felt worse, I called the guide, to which he replied to drink some kind of pill. We still went to the hospital under insurance, everything was in order there, but the guide during the tour did not help in any way, did not pay attention that the woman became ill, we hoped for some help and advice from him, but he did not delve into our problem. The organization of the transfer from ANEX TOUR was in order, but I didn’t like the bus on which we went on the tour.
