They explained everything to us quite clearly, provided all the necessary services, everything was fine. There was a transfer of the flight back and forth, but we were immediately notified about this, then we were ready for this. We also took advantage of some excursions from the hotel guide and we liked everything, and the prices were reasonable, not too high.
