Good travel agency

We chose this travel agency because of the ones offered when choosing a vacation tour, this one had the most convenient location for us.

Before the purchase, we communicated with representatives of various travel agencies, but the Anex tour on Sumy inspired confidence, which, together with a good location, prompted us to buy a tour from them.

Operator Natalia booked the tour over the phone within half an hour. I made the payment online and accurately oriented when the contract and the package of documents would be ready. She kept us updated as information came in. At the meeting at the appointed time, all the documents were ready. She also told a lot of useful information about the upcoming trip.

Liked: no spam and imposing services from the agency, location in the city center, the ability to pay online and the fact that you only had to come to the travel agency once.

I didn’t like it: it wasn’t immediately possible to find them in the room itself, since they rent an office along with a cafe, and at the entrance you can only see a cafe without signs that there is also an Anex tour in the depths)

We think to contact Natalia in the future.
