I bought a tour from them at Regency Plaza Aqua Park & Spa Resort 5 *, I just came and paid, I already knew where I was going, so I did not consider any options. We flew to Egypt on time, but there was a 12-hour delay on the return flight, we were put up in a hotel at that time.
