There are no issues with this agency. Service is good enough, nice staff. But with flights we were less fortunate. We flew to Egypt to rest. And in one direction our flight was delayed by more than half a day. This is a rather embarrassing moment. →

This is a good agency, I have no objections to them. The flights were good, daytime and there were no transfers, which we were very lucky. When departing already from Egypt, there were 3 large planes from Azur and there were departures at 13:00, 13:20 and 13:40. This is a lot of people and the airport is not designed for such a large number of people. →

I didn’t have any comments on the work of the agency, we chose the tour ourselves, they sold it to us at the agency, everything was arranged. I liked that the director was present at the agency, she made some significant discount on her own behalf. I didn’t like one moment that they called me back from the agency and put me before the fact about some changes in the transfer, but I don’t remember what exactly the question was. →
