There are several points about the accompanying group and the drivers, which was very unpleasantly surprised.

Definitely casts doubt on professionalism:

Mikhail Perekrest allowed himself to joke frankly incorrect jokes about people with dark skin color and other nationalities on the tour. Actually, I love to joke, but some of them were unpleasant just to hear. I thought that such jokes and intolerance remained in the last century. It turned out not.

Plus, he allowed himself to voice facts about the passengers themselves in the context of ridicule. For example:

“I heard one girl in the salon talking to her cinch that she had geographical cretinism, so…”

Well, in that kind.

- Familiarity:

It is clear that a friendly atmosphere should reign on the tour, but this atmosphere should not turn into familiarity or disrespect. During the tour, when I turned to "you", he constantly switched to "you". If he had asked me if it was comfortable for me, it is quite possible that I would have agreed. But it's definitely not. We are strangers and polite mutual respect is simply necessary here.

- Rudeness:

What about Mikhail, that the bus drivers answered very normal questions like: “Do you know how many hours / kilometers (for example) to Lviv?” and free. And either they didn’t answer anything at all, hmming, or something like “soon.”

Sometimes, of course, they answered directly, but not always. It totally shocked me. Very unpleasant.

- Often the bus was closed and those who did not take excursions, in the presence of drivers, had to freeze from the outside. For example at night, in Eger. As it turned out 1.5 hours!! It didn’t affect me, but many people then cursed and even got into conflict with the drivers. Almost to the point of a fight. To which the driver replied: “Our excursions are over, now I’ll get up in the field and won’t go anywhere.”

Do you think it was nice to hear this for a paid round-trip tour ??

- Unprofessionalism:

This made me very sad. Before entering Vienna, Mikhail said that after 20 km there would be a normal last sanitary stop. As a result, he missed the turn, which he reluctantly admitted only in Vienna! No apologies.

Although all the people were waiting for the stop. And there he immediately led us to the subway, to the toilet, and then ran, literally ran, not caring that it would not be convenient for everyone to run after him in an unfamiliar city, to the meeting point with the guide, obviously late. No apologies or explanations. Only his perpetually dissatisfied face.

- A little more about unprofessionalism:

He said to everyone: "Be polite, tell people behind you, give a sign if you lower the back of your chair." In the end, ironically, when I had a table of water laid out, he leaned back so abruptly and hard, hitting me, without any warning that I was still bruised. I reminded him to be polite. Do you think at least "sorry" was? No.

- Night, sanitary stop. He lies with his feet on the next seat blocking the passage. To me before the exit - only his legs.

He is not sleeping, and I ask him to let him through. Mikhail, not even addressing me: “Sanya, open other doors.”

As a result, I go through the entire salon and involuntarily pick up those who did not want to go out, wake them up.

It's also dark around to get out. If this is not rudeness on the part of the escort, then I don’t know what is.

There were other cases, such as excessively loud films at 12 at night, for example, forcing to be photographed in general photos for a report, depicting happiness, and something else.

But they are all similar and show precisely the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the escort and drivers.

It really spoiled the feeling of the trip.

I don't require deluxe service on a 100 euro tour. But good service and respect is a component of any such trip, and service in general.
