Such non-professional firms with non-professional staff should be removed from the service market. The tour to Prague was a real nightmare! It all started with a 3-hour delay with departure, because one of the workers forgot his tourist passport! In compensation for the spent nerves and an hour we were offered Becherovka (without asking if we drink alcohol) !!!!! In addition, they promised to leave Prague 3 hours later (also a hoax). Due to the late departure from Lviv, our trip lasted 26 hours. . . When they started asking about optional excursions, some of the tourists had their own plans and were not interested in a boat (some are pumped) or Karlovy Vary (I went purely to Prague, Karl. Vary I'm not interested). Upon learning that a certain group of tourists are not interested in optional excursions, we were given an ultimatum: either you go, or pay 10 euros, otherwise we will not accommodate you in the hotel. And so it happened.

We had to spend the night on the street like dogs and we were treated that way. When they wanted to pay 10 euros by card (she said so for what) she said -no, only in cash and she will not give any confirmation of these 10 euros - no receipt or check. Receipt. . . HEALTH. I was reminded of this situation with Egypt, when tourists are bred for money to be taken off a camel. Although she received 10 euros (I still do not know what) we were not expected for a sightseeing tour, which was mandatory. I want to pay special attention to our leader Christina, who instead of smoothing the situation, sitting down to talk, explain, at every step put ultimatums and threats of not moving into the hotel. She absolutely does not know how to work with people and such workers in the service sector, and even more so in the tourism sector should not be. Even at the end of the trip instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she !!! began to teach culture.

People who hoped for a good rest, but got a lot of nerves and a spoiled weekend could be evil, this is their right. But she, as a representative of the company, should try to calm them down, not threaten and ridicule .. Dear tourists, such a "breed" I have not seen or heard. Perhaps a certain group of tourists was satisfied, because they were not required to pay extra for something unknown, but the neglect of the interests of others, direct threats (which began to throw at us Christina), inhuman treatment - is unacceptable. I do not advise you this company. Don't go for a cheap price for tours, because all the same you will be robbed of more money, upset, ruin your vacation and it will cost you much more. Good rest to all, but without this "sharashkin" firm.
