Through a travel agent, we purchased a package tour (2 adults + 2 children) to Bulgaria, with travel by bus Lutsk-Pomorie 23.08. and back - on 03.09. flight Pomorie-Lutsk. Due to health problems, one of the main requirements was - places in the forefront. The problems started on the way back: when boarding the bus in Golden Sands, it turned out that there were completely different passengers in our seats (5,6,9,10), we were sent to the tail of the bus to seats 25,26,29,30, which were on the very axle of the rear wheels of the bus. Literally accompanying the flight, we were told "Your boarding passes are not an order for me, I have a number of passengers. Your travel agent cheated you and sold you a tour with unconfirmed tickets." Considering that the bus traveled in a roundabout way (in order not to pay for toll roads, another know-how of this company), the bus was shaking almost all night, like on a washboard. Our trip ended for me with an ambulance call and a hypertensive crisis.
After that, they began to understand the situation and .... all the frauds that these cheaters are pulling with passengers surfaced. Moreover, judging by conversations with other passengers, Adriatic Travel practices such tricks all the time, and tourists unknowingly do it. Firstly, they slandered the travel agent: the tickets were confirmed, here is an excerpt from the official response to our travel agent "Your tourists were transferred to the Lviv flight, because Lutsky did not have a flight at the same time, the tourists were transferred to a comfortable place on 25,26,29, thirty". Secondly, another lie from the tour operator Adriatic Travel: there was a Pomorie-Lutsk flight, the bus followed the Pomorie-Lviv bus, at customs stood behind our bus. Moreover, the manager of the Lvov branch of Adratik Travel, in a telephone conversation, confirmed that the flight was, and it was registered at customs.
As I understand it, there is only one reason for all these manipulations with passengers: in order to save on the road, passengers are shuffled at their own discretion and for the benefit of their personal pocket. spit on everything. Apparently, there were no more passengers on the Pomorie-Lutsk flight to Ivano-Frankivsk, so we were kicked off to Lviv, so as not to make a circle and stop by Ivano-Frankivsk. I will say more, it turns out that we were still "lucky"))) two young girls were traveling on the same bus, who were told that for the sake of the two of them the bus would not go to Ternopil and therefore they had a choice: get off in Ivano-Frankivsk or in Lviv and beyond .... get on their own. A kind of "optimization" of the route ... the calculation is that you still need to return, the passengers have nowhere to go ... and then the tourists will spit upon arrival so as not to wag their nerves.
Therefore, after my experience, my advice is: if you still decide to deal with Adriatic Travel, do not fall for their manipulations and do not let yourself be lied to in the way these charlatans of the travel business have lied to us and their other clients. Check everything at once upon boarding and demand what you agreed upon when purchasing the tour. And don't worry, the bus won't go without you anyway)))

I liked everything very much - the hotel, the hotel rooms, the food - excellent (varied, every day the menu included both fish and meat, a lot of fruits, all kinds of salads, side dishes, seafood. And most importantly - everything is in unlimited quantities. Fruits are in abundance. I didn’t even think about going to the market for food - there was enough of everything. Every day they were treated to ice cream and various drinks, for adults - wine. The staff is polite, friendly. The hotel and the hotel area are clean. Close to the sea. Я, руководитель группы Елена Степановна Лях, туристов, который отдыхали с 17 июня 2013 г. по 30 июня 2013 г. на Золотых Песках в отеле "Перуника". Все очень понравилось - отель, номера в отеле, питание - отличное (разнообразное, каждый день в меню было и рыба, и мясо, много фруктов, всевозможные салаты, гарниры, морепродукты. И главное - все в неограниченном количестве. Фрукты - в изобилии. На рынок идти за продуктами - не возникало и мысли - всего хватало. Каждый день угощали мороженым и разными напитками, для взрослых - вина. Обслуживающий персонал вежливый, доброжелательный. Отель и территория отеля - чистые. Близко к морю. ВСЕ МОИ ТУРИСТЫ НА СЛЕДУЮЩИЙ ГОД ЕДУТ ТОЛЬКО В ПЕРУНИКУ. Отдельное большое спасибо менеджер фирмы "Сакумс" Семенович Татьяне за ее теплое отношение ко всем туристам, профессиональное отношение к работе, за ее красоту и голубые глазки :) Едте в ПЕРУНИКУ! Your description of this tour is a little superficial, but the thesis you presented forced me to write this answer, although I personally do not deal with the direction of Bulgaria.
1) Rudeness in our team (regardless of a client or a colleague) is the strictest TABOO. Rudeness is contrary to the credo of our company, and therefore people prone to conflicts do not take root in our team. However, if our manager receives a boorish attitude in his address, on the phone or right in the office, he has every right to defend himself.
2) In the race you are writing about, the group was very pleased with the bus, drivers, moreover, the tourists left their gratitude to the carrier company (Bulgarian transport company "Perota") in writing. The road in each direction took 24 hours, clearly on schedule. I dare to suggest that you will be much more comfortable flying by plane, I recommend that you fly by plane on your next trips to the sea.
3) Tourists VERY praised and continue to praise the food in Perunik from year to year, the menu in Perunik even exceeds the declared 3 * +, but they don’t argue about tastes.
4) The air conditioning system in the bus is one for the entire bus. The average air temperature in the cabin and day and night during the operation of the air conditioner is 22 degrees Celsius. At night, the air in the bus only seems cooler, due to the fact that the body of a sleeping person does not produce heat. In order not to freeze, people cover themselves with a blanket at night, in the bus, as a rule, with a blanket.
Separately, we apologize for the fact that in the first two days there was inconvenience with the settlement (some children had bunk beds in the room, I don’t know if your children were in such a room, since not everyone had it), but after two days everyone was settled in normal rooms and the whole group was given ALL INCLUSIVE meals three times a day (For children without alcohol).

Здравствуйте, уважаемый турист! Если я правильно понял из вашего отзыва, Вы - родители детей возрастом 16-17 лет, которые ездили в тур без вас. Ваше описание данного тура немного поверхностное, но тезисы, которые вы представили, вынудили меня написать данный ответ, хотя я лично и не занимаюсь направлением Болгария.
1) Хамство в нашем коллективе (независимо к клиенту или к коллеге)- это строжайшее ТАБУ. Хамство противоречит кредо нашей фирмы, а поэтому в нашем коллективе люди склонные к конфликтам не приживаются. Однако, если наш менеджер получает хамское отношение в свой адрес, по телефону или прямо в офисе, он имеет полное право защищаться.
2) В заезде, о котором вы пишете, группа была очень довольна автобусом, водителями, более того, туристы оставили благодарность компании-перевозчику (болгарская транспортная компания "Перота") в письменном виде. Дорога в каждую из сторон заняла 24 часа, четко по графику. Осмелюсь предположить, что летать самолетом вам будет намного комфортнее, рекомендую в следующих путешествиях на море лететь именно на самолете.
3) Туристы ОЧЕНЬ хвалили и продолжают хвалить питание в Перунике из года в год, меню в Перунике даже превышает заявленные 3*+, но о вкусах не спорят.
4) Система кондиционирования в автобусе одна на весь автобус. Средняя температура воздуха в салоне и днем и ночью во время работы кондиционера составляет 22 градуса по цельсию. Ночью в автобусе воздух только кажется прохладнее, за счет того, что у спящего человека тело не вырабатывает тепло. Чтобы не замерзнуть люди ночью укрываются покрывалом, в автобусе как правило пледом.
Отдельно просим извинения за то, что в первые два дня была неудобства с поселением (у некоторых детей были двухэтажные кровати в номере, не знаю были ли ваши дети в таком номере, так как єто было не у всех), однако через два дня всех поселили в нормальные номера и всей группе дали в место трехразового питание питание ALL INCLUSIVE (Для детей без алкоголя).
