Through a travel agent, we purchased a package tour (2 adults + 2 children) to Bulgaria, with travel by bus Lutsk-Pomorie 23.08. and back - on 03.09. flight Pomorie-Lutsk. Due to health problems, one of the main requirements was - places in the forefront. The problems started on the way back: when boarding the bus in Golden Sands, it turned out that there were completely different passengers in our seats (5,6,9,10), we were sent to the tail of the bus to seats 25,26,29,30, which were on the very axle of the rear wheels of the bus. Literally accompanying the flight, we were told "Your boarding passes are not an order for me, I have a number of passengers. Your travel agent cheated you and sold you a tour with unconfirmed tickets." Considering that the bus traveled in a roundabout way (in order not to pay for toll roads, another know-how of this company), the bus was shaking almost all night, like on a washboard. Our trip ended for me with an ambulance call and a hypertensive crisis.
After that, they began to understand the situation and .... all the frauds that these cheaters are pulling with passengers surfaced. Moreover, judging by conversations with other passengers, Adriatic Travel practices such tricks all the time, and tourists unknowingly do it. Firstly, they slandered the travel agent: the tickets were confirmed, here is an excerpt from the official response to our travel agent "Your tourists were transferred to the Lviv flight, because Lutsky did not have a flight at the same time, the tourists were transferred to a comfortable place on 25,26,29, thirty". Secondly, another lie from the tour operator Adriatic Travel: there was a Pomorie-Lutsk flight, the bus followed the Pomorie-Lviv bus, at customs stood behind our bus. Moreover, the manager of the Lvov branch of Adratik Travel, in a telephone conversation, confirmed that the flight was, and it was registered at customs.
As I understand it, there is only one reason for all these manipulations with passengers: in order to save on the road, passengers are shuffled at their own discretion and for the benefit of their personal pocket. spit on everything. Apparently, there were no more passengers on the Pomorie-Lutsk flight to Ivano-Frankivsk, so we were kicked off to Lviv, so as not to make a circle and stop by Ivano-Frankivsk. I will say more, it turns out that we were still "lucky"))) two young girls were traveling on the same bus, who were told that for the sake of the two of them the bus would not go to Ternopil and therefore they had a choice: get off in Ivano-Frankivsk or in Lviv and beyond .... get on their own. A kind of "optimization" of the route ... the calculation is that you still need to return, the passengers have nowhere to go ... and then the tourists will spit upon arrival so as not to wag their nerves.
Therefore, after my experience, my advice is: if you still decide to deal with Adriatic Travel, do not fall for their manipulations and do not let yourself be lied to in the way these charlatans of the travel business have lied to us and their other clients. Check everything at once upon boarding and demand what you agreed upon when purchasing the tour. And don't worry, the bus won't go without you anyway)))

Yes, indeed, all tourists who had boarding passes for this flight 3.09, were transferred to places of identical comfort of the flight Lviv-Pomorie-Lviv, which is not supepechilr agreement on charter flights. All agencies that had booked tourists on flight 3.09 were warned by me personally 2 weeks before the specified date, and when I asked if everything was agreed with the tourists, I received an affirmative answer from everyone. Так, дійсно, всі туристи, що мали посадкові талони на даний рейс 3.09, були пересаджені на місця ідентичного комфорту рейсу Львів -Поморье-Львів, що ніяк не супепечилр договору про чартерні перевезення. Всі агенції, що мали заброньованих туристів на рейс 3.09 були попередженні мною особисто за 2 тижні до зазначеної дати, і на моє запитання, чи погоджено все з туристами, я отримала від усіх стверджувальну відповідь. Рейс 3.09 Луцьк-Поморье-луцьк не відбувався, на що є всі підтверджувальні документи. В любому випадку, нам шкода, що Ви залишилися незадоволеними від поїздки! З повагою, Богданець Марина

People, like blind kittens, poked around during the sanzone in search of toilets. Plus, if Prague is a priority zone on a trip, you need to tell along the way about the customs of the Czechs, mentality, tips in bars, etc. Also, the speech of the escort was so littered with the words * tobto * and * to * that after 30 minutes he wanted to shut up. And all of them were very attentive to tourists and did not let them get bored for a minute on the trip, talking about Transcarpathia, characters, customs, etc. along the way. Приобрели тур в октябре месяце на январь у другой турфирмы. Людей не набралось достаточное количество , и нам предложили альтернативу ехать с этой турфирмой и даже на 7 евро дешевле. Согласились. Все хорошо, но, автобус некомфортный для ночных переездов абсолютно!!! Плюс сопровождающий(Олег) видно думает, что туристы,априори, должны знать все наперед. Но многие то едут в путешествие впервые. Значит надо заранее предупреждать о санитарных зонах и более подробно рассказывать, чтоб сократить время туристам да и себе, как быстро все заказать на заправках в харчевнях. Люди , как слепые котята, тыкались во время санзон в поисках туалетов. Плюс,если Прага приоритетная зона в путешествии, надо рассказать по дороге о нравах чехов, менталитете, чаевых в барах и т. п. Еще и речь у сопровождающего была настолько засорена словами *тобто* и *тому*, что через 30 минут его хотелось заткнуть. В общем по десятибальной шкале ставлю 6 баллов. 4 балла снимаю за сопровождение и так называемое транспортное средство. Просто Прага была моей мечтой, а Дрезден просто поразил своим великолепием. Только поэтому ставлю 6. Мы 4 раза ездили в туры по Закарпатью. Без ночевки, на секундочку, в автобусе!!! Так автобус был очень удобный, хотя поездка была не настолько длительной. И сопровождающие были 4 раза разные. в том числе женщина предпенсионного возраста. И все они были очень внимательны к туристам и не давали ни минуты скучать в поездке, рассказывая по дороге про Закарпатье, характеры, обычаи и т д. А не ставили 4 тупых фильма!!!!
