I ordered a tour from this agency via the Internet and everything was processed online. We were, in principle, satisfied with everything. Managers have fully completed all the work required of them. There were no questions.
I went on a sightseeing bus tour "Prague is my favorite city". I knew where and why I was going. Didn't expect anything more. But there were no problems with the flights, the bus was comfortable, the driver was a pleasant person. And the tour guide is also quite pleasant.
Good trains and fairly good organization of the tour. I liked everything.
