Three days ago he returned from a vacation in Bulgaria, where the travel agency Adriatic Travel acted as a carrier. We had to return to Ukraine on 01.08.20 at 11.30. Arrived at the place of boarding the bus in advance. When there were only a few minutes left before the departure, and the bus was not there yet, I called my tour operator, who immediately contacted the representatives of Adriatic Travel. The answer shocked me: "You will not go today…"
I think you can imagine the state of a person who, being in a foreign country with a child, found himself in such a situation. When will you be able to leave ?, from where ?, at what time? ... and you need to look for housing somewhere with your luggage !!! All these issues were settled by my tour operator with the travel agency Adriatic Travel. According to the tour operator, the administration of Adriatic Travel was very, very unhappy that they were disturbed on the weekend!
I understand that, especially nowadays, there may be various force majeure… However, I was OVERWHELMED by the fact that I was not warned (although the group leader had my phone number) or the tour operator with whom I signed the agreement. Didn't even try!
In the future, the trouble continued: the departure was scheduled for the next day and my child and I were allocated seats at different ends of the bus (how are you? Although, we paid for good seats 1 and 2) and again "steered" the tour operator. The bus left with a delay of 2 hours. This is not even a lack of service, this is cruel abuse of elements of sadism!
Summary: Dear tourists, if you want to get only positive emotions from the trip, in any case do not contact the travel agency "Adriatic Travel"! If something goes wrong, then all the responsibility falls only on YOU! And the travel agency "Adriatic Travel" will remain only with your money (
Dear travel agencies, if customer satisfaction is important to you, I strongly do not recommend you to cooperate with the travel agency "Adriatic Travel"! There will be a lot of stress, but the customer base will decrease rapidly!
