For a long time I could not decide on the tour. We watched the UAE but stopped in Egypt and did not regret it. The girls advised what they needed, rested with their families and were satisfied. I do not regret that I turned to this travel agency.
I got into a similar situation in 16 in Greece. And before that, the chord was in 1st place. read my comets. I don't know what happened, but after the construction of the terminal -A, the whole team changed their attitude towards their customers.

And the pyramids ALWAYS burst. so the question is only one - who will be at the top of the pyramid and will not receive any replacements and returns at all.
I don't understand why we are all silent???? do not sue????
я знаю что случилось. с 2014 года аккорд работает по принципу пирамиды. в долгах перед всеми. у фирм, которых заказывает отели для своих туров, автобусникам, у которых заказывает автобусы. с ним никто уже не хочет работать. держится только на том, что с туристов собирает деньги за будущие туры и затыкает этими деньгами свои долги, чтобы хоть что то ему дали. поэтому отели все хуже, автобусы развалюхи, гиды нормальные ушли. и пирамиды ВСЕГДА лопаются. так что вопрос только в одном - кто окажется на верхушке пирамиды и вообще не получит никаких замен и возвратов.
Не понятно почему мы все молчим ???? не судимся????
