Everything about the agency was great. I specifically chose a hotel for myself, I already knew what criteria were important to me, since this was not my first trip and I didn’t need to select a tour. This agency had excellent accompaniment, manager Irina - well done, I flew many times, but I never had such accompaniment, i.e. she called, wrote, reminded that do not forget that you have a flight today, focused on when you need to leave, specified which terminal, asked if everything was in order during the rest, i.e. everything was great.
