Yesterday we returned from vacation in Sharm el-Sheikh (Egypt) organized by anex tour. I want to share my impressions of the company.

Upon arrival, we were met by a representative of the anex (hereinafter referred to as the guide), who immediately told us the unpleasant news - the hotel we booked (Sunrise arabian beach resort) is currently "not working" and we were unilaterally relocated to another - Baron resort, which was slightly cheaper than the original hotel. To the question "why the hotel does not work," the guide replied - "did not pass some kind of coronavirus certification." As it turned out later, this is a lie, the hotel is working, it just stopped cooperating with the annex. After that, the guide gave us a form in which we voluntarily renounced any claims to the anex. To a reasonable objection that we will not sign this yet, because we are not sure whether we will have claims to the annex, the guide replied that without this piece of paper we would not be settled in a hotel. In order not to waste their nerves, they decided to simply sign the papers. By the way, we signed a similar paper twice more at the hotel. In fairness, it should be noted that the Baron resort, in which we were moved, was quite a decent hotel.

There are also questions about the work of the hotel guide. We ordered several excursions through him, one of which was a VIP yacht for $ 70 per person. We ordered from the guide deliberately, knowing that the same excursions can be taken cheaper in other places. But we decided nevertheless to purchase an anex through the official guide, so that it would be then to present to whom in which case. And in the end there was something to show. At the first meeting, the guide showed us a photo of the yacht, which could have the status of "VIP", but in fact the yacht was far from "VIP". The guide also stated that there would be a maximum of 15 people on the yacht, although in fact there were more. We talked on this topic with the hotel guide via viber, in response we received "I'll check it at the office." We still haven't received a response, and probably won't get any more. In the dry residue we have:

- Anex unilaterally changed our hotel of residence, without warning, without the right to choose, without any compensation for the inconvenience.

- the representative of the company lied to us about the reason for the relocation

- a representative of the company, using manipulative methods, got us to sign a paper stating that we have no claims

- the hotel guide sold the tour, in which the declared services were not provided in full

If in the future there will be a choice between anex tour and any other operator, the choice will not be in favor of anex.
