We did not choose this tour operator, he just settled in this hotel. Everything was good, flight there and back on time. We were met there and taken to the hotel. Here's just one minus - with the help of threats, deceit, they tried to force them to take excursions from the anextour guide, which, in addition, are two or more times more expensive than those of local guides. They were afraid that the insurance would not work - this is a lie that they will be evicted at 12 (and the flight is at 21-40) and we will sit hungry on our suitcases at the reception, and they will agree and everything will be fine. And again a lie! Before 12-00 you need to vacate the room. They took the luggage to the storage room, left the cards on the towel and bracelets (we actually took them off on the plane ourselves), they used the beach, the dining bar before leaving the hotel, having handed over the cards to the towels before boarding. In general, seven out of ten they earned.
