Previously, when choosing tours, I never paid attention to the tour operator, but in vain! the first (and last) time I managed to use the services of ANEX TOUR and their air carrier AZUR AIR. In general, the situation was like this, at the time of booking the tour, we were "promised" to fly there at 3:10 am and arrive at the hotel at 7-8 am and return flight at 20:30 pm, but in fact they postponed two flights and reduced the rest by two full days! instead of 3:10 the departure was at 19:30 and we got to the hotel at 23:30 and back instead of 20:30 the departure was at 7:00 in the morning. All questions, requests, complaints were answered saying "they knew what they were buying" I strongly do not recommend anyone to deal with them!
Yes, it's better than Join Up's. In February, a family with children flew to Egypt. We sat in the lobby from morning until late at night! Join Up did not transfer money to the hotel! There were about 60 of us.
Thanks to the hotel for letting me go for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And only at 21:00 a man arrived from this "non-tour operator" and then we were settled.
Better with delays with proven Anex and Tez, half of Egypt in their buses than Join and other offices.
Everything is relative!
In May, they flew from Anex to Bulgaria. There were problems with the flight. Everyone who had flights on this date had their flight rescheduled. Added for free 2 !!! night. I doubt anyone would do that.
Now only with Aneks. Thank you. Large, reliable and long-term company.
Да лучше так, чем как у Джоин Апа. В феврале прилетели семьей с детьми в Египет. С утра до поздней ночи просидели в лобби! Джоин Ап не перечислил деньги отелю! Нас было около 60-ти человек.
Спасибо отелю, что разрешили ходить на завтрак, обед и ужин. И только к 21:00 приехал человек от этого "недотуроператора" и затем нас заселили.
Лучше с задержками с проверенными Анекс и Тез, пол Египта в их автобусах, чем Джоин и другие конторы.
Всё познается в сравнении!
В мае месяце летали от Анекса в Болгарию. Проблемы были с рейсом. Всем, у кого были вылеты на это число перенесли рейс. Добавили бесплатно 2 !!! ночи. Сомневаюсь, что кто-то бы так сделал.
Теперь только с Анексом. Спасибо. Крупная, надежная и многолетняя компания.
