Anex very clearly overestimates its capabilities and service. The guides at the Royal Grand Hotel are not very friendly and rude people. And the hotel itself is just PR. He does not answer 5 * as stated. The food is terrible.
The most interesting thing is that when an insured event arose ... at the hotel they disowned me, writing to the tracking service as indicated on the insurance, no one even answered me, neither mail nor skype, nor phone. I had to go to the pharmacy and treat myself.
