Bought a package tour. When selling the tour, the cost was increased by $50 due to the late departure, which was indicated on the ticket at 19:00. But as it turned out, the day before departure, the time was changed from 19:00 to 5:35, as a result, the day for which they paid $ 50 extra when buying a tour was lost, and the impressions of the rest were spoiled. Of the 7 nights paid on the tour, in fact there were 5.5, since the flight to rest was also moved 2.5 hours ahead, from 17:00 to 19:25. In the end, almost a day of stolen time, and two sleepless nights.
The site of the tour operator is of course very convenient and attracts with a variety of tours and hotels, is updated in real time and all that.
But in fact, on the day of our departure, there were 2 such broken vacationers, on board of which there were 220 people. A total of 440 tourists who donated $50 each = 22,000. Perhaps not all tourists flew from Anex Tur, since the plane was from the Roza Vetrov company, and not everyone chipped in $50, I hope there are more honest tour operators.
And the most interesting thing that our travel agent said is that Anex Tur company reads letters only from certain boxes, and all our snot goes straight to spam.
And the most generous thing that the guide offers is to give you free wifi so that you can call Ukraine and fight for your rights.
