On August 20, 2018, my friend and I signed an agreement with AnexTour. September 21 flew to Hurghada And with a fight! checked into the MINAMARK hotel in Hurghada. The hotel staff wanted to take money from us for the room we paid for. We didn't give money. September 23, we left for the whole day on an excursion. We arrived before dinner and wanted to go shopping in the city after dinner. I'm trying to open my suitcase. And the dog on the suitcase remains in my hand, that is, it's broken. I'm in a suitcase and there is no phone And money in my wallet. A suitcase with a digital lock in a locked room. That is, they waited until we went on an excursion, climbed into our room, broke the suitcase, And this was not easy to do, And they cleared us. We contacted the reception and immediately called our guide Ahmet, the representative of Anekstur. The guide said that he would arrive the next day in the morning. And the hotel security service, arguing that they had such a procedure, searched our room AND rummaged through OUR ITEMS. The guide went the next morning but did not protect our interests, but rather protected the interests of the hotel. From other tourists, we heard that after the management of the hotel changed, theft flourishes there and our guide shares. Everyone is involved from the room cleaner to the head of security at the hotel who was herding us on the beach. Our guide generally told us that the POLICE should not be called because we will ruin our vacation and we will be taken to the sites. We really listened to him. We called the POLICE anyway. No one took us to the sites. The prosecutor arrived, we talked to him And took a personal phone to ensure our safety. They are very afraid of the police. If something like this happens to you immediately CALL THE POLICE DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE. The guide did not protect us at all, but only rude and ruffled our nerves. How we regret that we did not immediately call the POLICE, but listened to this representative of AnexTour who is paid money And not small for his work. The safe in the room did not work and we repeatedly asked to fix it. This is their feature - a broken safe. In general, the rest was spoiled by constant showdown with the guide, then with the hotel. Upon arrival home, we sent a Claim to AnexTour, to which we still have not received a response. We want to sue AnexTour but we don't know where to start.
