Never, hear, NEVER buy a tour from this worthless tour operator.

Alas, from my own experience, I will tell you what you can expect.

Having paid for the tour by early booking (payment in March of the summer tour), having made them 100% prepaid, we got a bunch of hemorrhoids.

When receiving documents, the monkey from Anex took the full package, noting what exactly was transferred. I took it without comment.

For a month they pulled the cat by the testicles, and then issued a verdict: your certificates are no longer valid (surprising, right?), Redo everything over again.

Probably, this is what I expected, having handed over the documents 1.5 months before the start of the tour. In advance, damn it! And these bureaucrats did not have the time and labor resources (redneck, right?) To process the documents on time. In their own time (9 working days indicated on the site).

But give a fuck. They even riveted to photocopies of documents (although everything was done according to their requirements and not a word was said when accepting the docks. Something, but if the photocopy is not awesome enough, the primacy from the anex should understand this, sort of?).
