This is not the first time we have a rest with her (Kostecka Irina) help. Always informs in advance about changes in departures and recommends how long to get there. In Tunisia we were with her (she is at the Iberostar Hotel) in a situation when the tour operator - Oasis Travel and Bravo Airlines did not take us out. Irina was always aware of all the events, advised and helped with advice, not vain promises like other travel agents.
