Good afternoon!
If you do not want to spoil your vacation, do not try to fly this terrible company "annex tour" - these are BAD, SCAM.
We took a tour to Turkey in Bodrum from 10/14 - 10/20/2018. The hotel confirmed our reservation immediately, there are all good places.
The plane took off on time, of course we were surprised, having read the reviews, but we were delighted early.
Upon arrival at the airport, we were met by a transfer guide, put us on the bus and taken to the hotel (there were 15 of us and all in different hotels).
But, all of us tourists were brought to one hotel, and like unnecessary dogs were thrown away, arguing that there are no places in our hotels, and some are generally closed.
The hotel that brought us didn’t pull even 2 *, it’s just awful, dirty, the smell of sewage, water is only at the reception and then in a cooler with plastic disposable cups, 10 minutes to the sea, no sunbeds, they don’t give a towel.
Naturally, we started a riot, and asked to be taken to our hotels, since we had paid for the transfer to our hotel, the transfer guide refused and said I couldn’t help, They asked for a guide number, but no one gave it to us, they said that they had internal communication. We in a foreign country, without knowing the language, got through to the hotline in the "annex tour", but they sent us there, they said that this was not their problem.
As a result, we took a taxi on our own and went to our hotel with a voucher, upon arrival we were met by a pleasant young man and settled without problems, I was extremely surprised that we were told that there were no vacancies, there were 20 vacant rooms. We returned back to the hotel where we were taken, took our things, and told all the tourists who had arrived earlier that they had been deceived and there were rooms.
Naturally, all 20 tourists raised a scandal, and forced the guides to transfer them at their own expense, or they would call the police.
In general, the rest was spoiled, $ 100 was spent on a taxi. The guide never contacted us, they didn't even come to take us back to the airport.
HORROR. Be careful.
