At first, we could not get enough of how cool everything was organized (through a travel agency we went on vacation for the first time). But, in the end, the mood was still spoiled ....
The fact is that the representative of the tour operator convinced us that if you are traveling together and you have one suitcase for two, then its weight is 32kg, not 20. Because of them, we had to shake up all our things in the middle of the airport. Since it turned out that our tickets were purchased at different times and this option is not available to us (as explained at the baggage check-in desk).
And later this baggage was lost.
