I have been traveling with Anex for 14 years, until the last moment there were no complaints, and convenience and comfort, interesting excursions, attentive guides, but ... I am not satisfied at the moment with the fact that they "steal" two days. More details - seven nights tour, the flight is set at 13.00 until I arrived and got to the hotel - the day has passed, because it is already 20.00 !!!! Now the flight is set back at 7 or 8 in the morning ... respectively, they are picked up from the hotel at 3-4 in the morning, for a late check-out, They demand a surcharge! I understand that now everyone is earning and surviving as best they can, but two days is too much!!
We had the same thing with Anex in 2019, though the travel agent returned some ridiculous part of the money for such lawlessness, but still, since then, you don’t want to have anything to do with Anex.
У нас в 2019 так же с Анекс было, правда турагент вернул какую-то смешную часть денег за такой беспредел, но все равно с тех пор с Анексом дел не хоти иметь.
